1. Create project
Conveniently create a project from your workstation and store metadata (team names, photographer, etc.). For each project you receive your own FTP credentials.

2. Upload
Upload images via FTP directly from the stadium. With the credentials the image is assigned to the project automatically.

3. Processing
IPTC/XMP metadata is processed automatically according to the project. If needed, several projects are applied automatically as well!

Automatic delivery to any number of FTP destinations of newspapers and media partners.

Dedicated FTP inbox
Each project you create gets its own FTP access. On the field you only need the FTP credentials, and the assignment to the project then happens automatically.
IPTC/XMP templates
In every project you can configure IPTC/XMP fields such as title, photographer, date, club abbreviation, etc. individually. Depending on the newspaper requirements, the metadata is thus always written to specification.
Multi-FTP distribution
Incoming images are redistributed after IPTC/XMP processing to any number of destination servers (FTP/SFTP). Efficient algorithms guarantee the fastest distribution - on the field you only need a single upload to deliver quickly to many recipients.
Scriptability
For maximum flexibility, IPTC/XMP data, file names, etc. can be written by your own scripts. This allows a dedicated solution for every special situation.
Sovereign data
Server location Germany. You always retain control over your data.
Team capability
Every customer owns their own team and can grant other users access as needed. Work alone, or let office staff prepare the metadata while you focus on the images - exactly as you need it.
